It wasn’t possible to make hot nitrogen gas while keeping the purity.

[ ⇒Kaizen Point ]

Nitrogen was heated by the Air Blow Heater.

Air didn’t get mixed and it was possible to make high temperature gas while keeping high degree of purity.
