I was looking for a low-temperature heater that would allow easy temperature control to preserve flavor.

The material was dried by irradiating it with mid-infrared rays using a carbon line heater CFLH.
The absorption wavelength was suitable, so the moisture evaporated quickly.
Because it is a low-temperature heater, it does not get too hot, making it easy to control the browning.
