In production environments with low-volume, high-mix production, the conventional drying methods using large hoppers and dryers presented a challenge. The traditional equipment processes large quantities of pellets at once, leading to excessive energy consumption for small batch drying, increased material loss, and a decline in production efficiency.

By using the Carbon line heater CFLH, small lots of resin pellets can now be efficiently dried. The CFLH can uniformly heat the necessary amount in a short time, significantly reducing setup time. Additionally, drying only the required amount reduces material loss and contributes to improved energy efficiency.
