Blackening Reaction of Thermal Paper by Localized Infrared Heating

Using a halogen point heater, localized infrared radiation was applied to thermal paper to observe the blackening reaction caused by temperature change.
The irradiated area reacted instantly, turning distinctly black.
This video captures the visible change in the color-forming agents within thermal paper induced by heat.
