1. Features of HPH-50

1) It can heat a φ5mm point to 1450℃ in a short time.

The HPH-50 is a halogen point heater that achieves high temperature heating by concentrating the light of a halogen lamp at one point using a converging mirror.
Although the temperature varies depending on the infrared absorption rate of the heated object,
it can heat a φ5mm point to about 1450℃ with a focal length of 20mm.

The heating temperature can be controlled by irradiation time control or voltage control.
Adjusting the voltage to 90% will triple the lamp life.

* High frequency blinking will reduce the lamp life.
Slowing up and down the voltage will also improve the lamp life.

2) It achieves perfect clean heating, and can also be used for heating in clean rooms and vacuums.

* When placed in a vacuum chamber, some gas will be released from the inorganic adhesive at first, so vacuum processing is required in advance.
In addition, heat dissipation decreases in a vacuum, so a water cooling unit must be installed on the main unit.

3) It is now possible to heat narrow spaces that could previously only be handled by optical fiber or lasers.

Compared to optical fiber heating and laser heating methods, it is overwhelmingly more than 10 times more efficient, low cost, energy saving, and safe.

As shown in the above figure, if user lower it by 10% from the rated voltage, design life will be lengthens to 3 times.
If user lower it by 20% from the rated voltage, design life will be lengthens to 9 times.
