1. Features of HGRH-70
1) Pinpoint heating is possible.
HGRH-70 is a heater that achieves high temperature heating by concentrating the light of a halogen lamp onto a glass rod.
The temperature at the tip of the glass rod can be raised up to 890℃.
2) Can be inserted into liquid to heat liquid directly.
The glass rod is made of quartz glass, so it has excellent acid resistance and can be inserted into liquids such as chemicals and seawater to heat them.
In addition, by controlling the temperature, it is possible to handle submerged heating using a quartz glass container instead of a polypropylene resin container.
3) Heating can be done even in narrow and distant spaces.
The further the distance, the more the light will diminish and the heating efficiency will decrease.
If the diameter of the glass rod is larger than that, high-temperature heating is possible even in narrow or remote spaces.
4) Two functions in one: by separating the focusing mirror, it can be used as a normal halogen point heater.

4. Voltage and lifetime of HGRH-70
As shown in the above figure, if user lower it by 10% from the rated voltage, design life will be lengthens to 3 times.
If user lower it by 20% from the rated voltage, design life will be lengthens to 9 times.
