Ultra-high temperature, HLH-45 series for line heating

1.Features of HLH-45

1) HLH-45 can heat linearly up to 1580°C.
The high-performance halogen line heater HLH-45 is a linear infrared heating device that uses a rod-shaped halogen lamp.
The heating time is short, and the linear focusing with a focal length of 20 mm allows for heating to extremely high temperatures.

2) Compact high output
It uses a high-output 5kW halogen lamp and is compact.
The focusing mirror is 50mm high. It can be installed in narrow spaces.

3) Two heaters can be placed opposite each other to sandwich and heat the object to be heated.

3.Focal length and focal width of HLH-45

The photo below is a thermal image of a heat-resistant brick irradiated from a distance of 20 mm.

The thermal image is divided into 10 sections based on the linear focusing range of the HLH-45 halogen line heater,
and the maximum temperature in each section is divided by the maximum temperature in the entire range to quantify the temperature distribution in the heat-resistant brick.

Since the incident heat is dissipated to the outside, the temperature decreases toward the outside.

4.Temperature rising time of HLH-45

【please note】
In infrared heating, the heating temperature changes depending on the infrared absorption rate of the object.
The longer the heating time, the higher the temperature.

5.Voltage and life of HLH-45

As shown in the above figure, if user lower it by 10% from the rated voltage, design life will be lengthens to 3 times.
If user lower it by 20% from the rated voltage, design life will be lengthens to 9 times.
