Halogen Line Heaters convert the electricity of rod-shaped halogen lamps into light,
A heater that uses a condensing mirror to concentrate the light in a line or plane and heat it at a high temperature.

◎ Since it heats directly without a heat medium, the sample can be heated through glass or in a vacuum.
◎ It can be heated cleanly from room temperature to 1350℃.
◎ It will start up in about 3 seconds. It is economical because idling time is saved.
◎ The voltage can be changed at all times, making it suitable for PID control.
△ The amount of heat absorption changes depending on the infrared absorption rate, colour, and plane condition of the object to be heated.

The wavelength distribution of halogen lamps is in the visible to near infrared range of 500 nm to 2500 nm.
Even within the near-infrared region, the peak wavelength of halogen lamps is approximately 900 nm to 1000μm.
Therefore, the closer the infrared absorption region of the object to be heated is to the near infrared region, the higher the infrared absorption rate and the better the heating efficiency.

The condensing mirror of the high power machine is equipped with the gold-plated condensing mirror with the highest reflection efficiency.
It is also possible to select an Aluminium polishing mirror with good cost performance.

The place where the condensing distance of the line condensing mirror、which is the narrowest is called the “focal width” and is rated.
The “condensing distance”, which becomes the “focal width” of the line condensing mirror, is called the “focal length” and is called rated.
The line condensing mirror has the maximum temperature at the “focal length” and “focal width”.
User can change the condensing distance by changing the condensing distance,
When the condensing distance (distance from the end of the condensing mirror to the object to be heated)~is shifted, the closer the distance, the higher the temperature heating can be performed.

Since both ends of the condensing mirror are rising parts, the part for stable heating is the length excluding both ends.
The rising length of both ends varies depending on the model.
If you select the condensing mirror length excluding the rising part, you can heat more evenly.

The current capacity of the lamp is based on the limit value of 25A.

Power supply voltage 400V-10kW
Any design is possible up to a power supply voltage of 1000V-25kW.

The maximum length of the lamp is 2,500 mm.

There is a “Re-reflective Heating Method” as a method for heating more efficiently.
The rereflection heating method uses a reflective material to refocus the light that was not focused.
It is a method of heating uniformly at high temperature.
