1.Features of FPH-30
1)Ultra-compact.
With a diameter of Φ30 mm and a height of 40 mm, it is ultra-compact and can be installed in machine gaps.
Two types of focal spot diameters are available: Φ3 and Φ5.
2)Clean.
Since it uses non-contact heating without any medium, ultra-clean heating is possible.
3)Stable radiation characteristics.
4)Fast response allows for shorter heating time.
It reaches a high temperature of 800 °C in just 15 seconds.
5)Frequency control of the heating element is possible.
By adjusting the temperature of the heating element, the peak frequency of far-infrared radiation can be controlled.
Note: Lowering the temperature also reduces the radiant (irradiated) energy.

5. Configuration of FPH-30
FPH-30 combines a reflecting mirror and a base-mounted heating element, and is used with a specified power cable length.
